3. Accounts and user responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and store details if you are a nursery owner.
You should not share login credentials, misuse another person's account, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use ThePlantic for spam, fraud, scraping, or harmful activity.
We may restrict, suspend, or close accounts when we believe there is misuse, fraud, repeated policy violation, safety risk, or activity that harms customers, sellers, or the platform.
4. Product listings, inventory, and plant information
Plant images, sizes, descriptions, care notes, categories, prices, discounts, stock, and delivery availability are provided to help customers make better buying decisions.
Because plants are living products, appearance may naturally vary by season, age, size, lighting, pruning, pot type, and nursery stock condition. Customers should review product details before ordering or sending an inquiry.
Nursery owners are responsible for keeping store inventory, pricing, stock, images, offers, and service information accurate and lawful.
5. Orders, payments, delivery, and cancellations
Orders are subject to store acceptance, product availability, delivery area, payment method, and operational feasibility. An order may be cancelled or changed if an item becomes unavailable or the delivery details cannot be served.
Payment options may include cash on delivery, online payment, or other methods shown at checkout. Available options can vary by store, business model, payment gateway readiness, and platform configuration.
Delivery time, charges, free delivery thresholds, pickup options, and service areas may differ by nursery. Customers should check checkout details before confirming an order.
6. Services, inquiries, and leads
Customers may request information about plants, bulk purchase, landscaping, maintenance, home garden setup, or other nursery services through ThePlantic forms and widgets.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, quotation, booking, delivery, or service acceptance. It starts a communication request with the nursery or relevant business.
Nursery owners should respond professionally and use customer information only for the inquiry, order, or service purpose for which it was shared.

8. Store owner portal and subscriptions
Nursery owners may use ThePlantic Portal to manage storefront content, inventory, services, offers, orders, leads, reports, settings, and subscriptions.
Some features may depend on an active trial, paid plan, store review status, permissions, or business compliance. If a subscription expires or store review is incomplete, certain actions may be restricted.
Store owners are responsible for content they upload, including product images, gallery assets, banners, business details, service descriptions, and customer communication.
9. Content, intellectual property, and platform assets
The ThePlantic name, interface, layouts, software, marketplace structure, design patterns, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, misuse, or reproduce platform materials except as allowed through normal use of the website or portal.
When you upload content to ThePlantic, you confirm that you have the right to use it and allow ThePlantic to display it for marketplace, storefront, operational, marketing, and customer experience purposes.
10. Limits of responsibility
ThePlantic aims to provide a reliable marketplace, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free pages, perfect search ranking, guaranteed sales, guaranteed leads, or identical plant appearance.
